Evidence of Stolen License Plates and Forged Customs Documents Found by Authorities

PHNOM PENH: The Phnom Penh police have arrested five suspects in connection to a case where several vehicles had their license plates stolen, and several also had their tax returns forged.

According to the Phnom Penh Municipal Police, one of the five suspects was a car dealer.

Several items were seized, including two cars, several license plates, several vehicle inspection certificates and 124 semi-finished vouchers.
